Furthermore, you may extend your allergen exposure by staying outdoors such as while working outdoors so you need to be mindful of this as well.

In the case of most allergies, people are more likely to experience nasal congestion and other associated symptoms. To resolve these symptoms, you need to head to a drugstore and opt for the remedies. Other than the medicines, the use of neti pot is also quite helpful in relieving allergy symptoms so, you have multiple options to choose from. 

5- Stay hygienic

You already know that you might bring allergens that can make your symptoms worse. For this, you need to maintain good sanitary conditions to avoid worsening your allergies. Maintaining proper hygienic conditions inside your home and on a personal end is a good way to defeat allergies. This also takes in your hygiene. Every time you come home it is recommended to take a shower. All these things can help you to maintain good sanitary conditions and keep your allergy symptoms in control. 

6- Maintain a healthy diet

Whenever it comes to good health, the role of good food can’t be denied. Eating nutritionally sufficient food is also good for allergy management. You can add fresh fruits, vegetables etc. to give your immunity a boost. Other than the food, a lot of liquid intakes such as plain water and green tea can also be quite helpful in managing your allergies.
